Creation

Job 38:4-12 "Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding, Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it? "On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone, When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy? "Or who enclosed the sea with doors When, bursting forth, it went out from the womb; When I made a cloud its garment And thick darkness its swaddling band, And I placed boundaries on it; And set a bolt and doors, And I said, 'Thus far you shall come, but no farther; And here shall your proud waves stop'?
God's Mighty Power "Have you ever in your life commanded the morning, And caused the dawn to know its place.

The is a new group of evangelicals called Bio logos. Theologians and pastors who think that Christians should embrace evolution as the process our Father used to create everything. Their stated goals is "Bio Logos represents the harmony of science and faith. It addresses the central themes of science and religion and emphasizes the compatibility of Christian faith with scientific discoveries about the origins of the universe and life" www.biologos.org

Their real goal is to cram evolution into Christianity. They state that to embrace a seven day, young earth doctrine is almost cult like. They say we look foolish to the world by trusting that our Father created everything just like the Bible says (in 7 days).

The bottom line is that nothing could have existed and died before Adam and Eve. Their sin is why we have death and why the world (creation) groans for redemption from sin. Our Father wants us to trust Him and to trust His word. We can not be ashamed of our faith.

Romans 8:20-22 20 "For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now.
